Governing Entity: Braai Strata (PTY) LTD

1. Order Acceptance:
Your order is confirmed when you receive an on-screen message from the Braai Strata app, at which point a legally binding contract is formed between you and Braai Strata. Braai Strata reserves the right to decline any order before this confirmation without providing a reason.

2. Service Availability:
The full service of the Braai Strata mobile application is available daily from approximately 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Availability outside these hours may be limited or unavailable.

3. Pricing and Payment:
All prices displayed on the app are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made via credit card or other accepted digital payment methods through the app at the time of ordering.

Order Collection and Delivery:
Collection Orders: You must pick up your order from the designated Braai Strata store within one hour of placing your order. If you do not collect your order within this timeframe, Braai Strata reserves the right to cancel and discard the order without providing a refund.

Delivery Orders:You must provide accurate contact and delivery address details. Braai Strata uses third-party delivery services, and you must be available to accept the delivery at the specified address.

5. Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login details. You agree to notify Braai Strata immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

6. Data Collection:
Braai Strata collects personal data such as your name, contact details, location, and order history to process your orders, for marketing purposes, and to improve our services. By using the app, you consent to this data collection. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Braai Strata.

7. Prohibited Use:
You agree not to use the Braai Strata app or products for any commercial resale or unauthorized purposes.

8. Viruses and Security:
Users are responsible for their own device security and for installing appropriate security measures. We are not liable for any damages caused by harmful material or security breaches.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Braai Strata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or the inability to use it, including but not limited to delays, errors, or interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms:
Braai Strata reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
